Little Saigon Night Market 2017: Back Again

Oh yes its back! Little Saigon Night Market, aka Asian Garden Night Market, has kicked off its annual summer event on June 16, 2017. Most likely the biggest gathering of Vietnamese in Orange County after the Tet festivals, it happens every summer weekend from Friday through Sunday. If going to Vietnam is out of your budget this year, this will be the closest you will get to enjoying the hustle and bustle of the motherland.

This open air night market takes place in the front of the Asian Garden Mall. It's a great way to enjoy the weekend in a rather uneventful Orange County. Enjoy delicous Vietnamese street food and drinks from local restaurants, shop for clothing and trinkets, or just relax and enjoy the people, free music and entertainment. It's a family friendly event with all types of people looking to enjoy and celebrate...life...under the starry warm summer nights.

Grilled pork skewers. So good.

As you can guess parking can get pretty crazy so arrive early and take your time. There is a parking lot in the back of the mall, but if you can’t find a spot you’ll just have to look for one around the area. Be a defensive driver and watch out for those notorious Bolsa drivers.

Not bad for a Sunday evening.
