Cafe De Thuong is a Vietnamese Coffee Shop that has been on the corner plaza of Magnolia St. and Westminster Ave for a long time. It's not as large as some other Vietnamese cafes, but it has outdoor seating that most others don't, in case you want to relax in the fresh air. The waitress tend to wear sexy outfits instead of bikinis.
