Cafe De Thuong is a Vietnamese Coffee Shop that has been on the corner plaza of Magnolia St. and Westminster Ave for a long time. It's not as large as some other Vietnamese cafes, but it has outdoor seating that most others don't, in case you want to relax in the fresh air.
