I made an appointment with Darren Nguyen for my immigration case after watching a TV commercial on the Vietnamese channel SBTN. I arrived to the attorney office 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out documents. The receptionist told me to take a sit in the waiting room. I ended up waiting one hour before I could come to Mr. Nguyen's office to wait for another 30 minutes. He accepted to take care of my case after briefly speaking with me for 10 minutes. After I hired him and made payment to him, I was extremely disappointed about the practice of his office. He did not handle my case; instead, he has very young attorneys to do the job. They did not seem to understand my case. As a matter of fact, they were not informed about the elements I told to Darren Nguyen during my appointment. I decided to hire a different attorney for my case.
