Good bun bo hue

Went here for the first time. Wasn't expecting much and ordered the Bun Bo Hue. It was bomb. The broth was just enough spicy with a very generous serving of meat which was tender with not too much fat or ligaments. Maybe it was because I ordered it with meat only. I dunno but I will be coming back to see,
